To enter an ISU competition :
  • When qualifying for the Belgian National Team for the first time, complete the ORS basic information form and mail it to [email protected]​ ​ Attach a headshot picture and a copy of your ID card (both sides) or your international passport. Be aware, ISU approval can sometimes take a few days. Only after approval ORS entries can be done.
  • Each new season, send an updated Declaration form and update your info in your ISU Portal (Press information, music information, Planned Program Content). If you can't access your Portal or you don't have one yet, send a mail to [email protected] . 
  • For every separate competition, complete the Hotel and travel info form (for entries using the ORS system) and mail it to [email protected] . ​If no hotel/travel info is provided to the federation, the ORS will be completed as if you take care of accomodations and travel arrangements yourself.
  • Entry fees/invoices are paid by the federation and, if applicable, invoiced to the participants or their program afterwards. If you did make an individual payment, inform us in advance to avoid double payments.
  • Make sure to bring the proof of payment so there are no discussions at the accreditation.
